God Often Answers Prayer Differently Than We Expect

From the Desktop of Brett Rademacher:

Most of us have prayed for answers at some point in our lives.

We pray for direction, provision, clarity, strategy, healing, wisdom, help, opportunity, and breakthrough.

Those prayers matter. God invites us to bring our needs to Him.

But over the years, I have become increasingly convinced that one of the ways God often answers prayer is by entrusting people with something they must recognize, develop, and act on.

Sometimes the answer begins as an idea.

Other times it begins as a burden you cannot shake, a problem you keep noticing, a conversation that opens a door, a strategy you did not expect, or a piece of wisdom that does not look important at first.

But later, when you look back, you realize it may have been one of the breadcrumbs God was using to lead you toward something larger.

That is one of the patterns we see throughout Scripture.

God gave Noah instructions. Joseph received interpretation and strategy. Bezalel received wisdom and craftsmanship. Joshua received a battle plan that defied conventional thinking. Nehemiah received a burden and a plan to rebuild. Daniel received understanding in places of influence. Esther discerned her moment and acted with courage.

In each situation, God revealed something.

But the person still had to recognize it, believe it, develop it, and act on it faithfully.

That is the part we often overlook.

God’s direction did not remove human responsibility. It created stewardship.

The question is not whether God is still able to reveal wisdom, insight, creativity, strategy, and direction.

The question is whether we are learning how to recognize what He may be entrusting to us and steward it faithfully.

That is why we created Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation.

This Is Not Just About Having Ideas

A lot of people have ideas.

Anyone who has spent time around entrepreneurs, leaders, creatives, or people with big vision knows that ideas alone are not enough.

Some ideas are good. Some are not. Some may be from God. Some may be human enthusiasm, pressure, ambition, distraction, or timing that has not yet been tested.

That is why discernment matters.

Co-Creating with GOD is not about assuming every idea is from God.

It is not about forcing God to give us ideas.

And it is not about replacing prayer, Scripture, wise counsel, character, obedience, or the leading of the Holy Spirit with a process.

The framework is a tool for stewardship.

God remains the source.

Many ideas never become reality because people never recognize them.

Others are dismissed too quickly because they arrive in seed form instead of finished form.

Some remain undeveloped because people do not know how to move from inspiration to implementation.

In many cases, the challenge is not a lack of ideas.

The challenge is a lack of discernment, development, testing, refinement, and faithful action.

That is the purpose of this training.

It was created to help believers become more intentional stewards of what God may already be showing them.

"Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known." - Jeremiah 33:3

What This Training Will Help You Do

This free online training was created to help Christian leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, advisors, ministry leaders, creators, educators, problem-solvers, and believers develop a more intentional way of recognizing and applying God-given ideas.

The goal is not simply to become more creative, although creativity matters.

The deeper goal is to become more faithful with what God has entrusted to you.

Through this training, you will learn how to:

  • Recognize ideas, insights, burdens, opportunities, and problems that may require your attention.

  • Ask better questions before rushing toward answers.

  • Think more creatively, carefully, and prayerfully.

  • Discern whether an idea needs to be tested, developed, released, or laid down.

  • Move from inspiration into practical implementation.

  • Use a proven innovation framework without allowing the framework to replace dependence on God.

  • Apply Spirit-Led Innovation in business, ministry, leadership, creative work, problem-solving, and personal responsibility.

I do not want this to become one more course people consume and forget.

The point is not simply to fill your mind with more information.

The point is to help you think, discern, develop, and act more faithfully.

Why This Matters Now

We are living in a time when information is everywhere, but wisdom is not.

Technology is advancing quickly. AI is changing how people work, think, create, communicate, and solve problems.

AI can help people move faster.

But it can also tempt people to stop thinking deeply, stop asking better questions, and stop developing the creative and discerning capacities God has given them.

That matters.

In this season, believers need more than tools.

We need wisdom, discernment, originality, creativity, courage, humility, and faithful action.

We need to know how to listen for God’s direction, test ideas wisely, develop what He entrusts to us, and act with discipline instead of being pulled along by every trend, crisis, or technological shift.

  • Technology may change quickly.

  • Stewardship still matters.

  • Ideas still need to be discerned.

  • Problems still need to be understood.

  • Solutions still need to be developed.

  • People still need to be served.

That is one reason this training matters now.

Built from Biblical Wisdom, Innovation Research, and Marketplace Experience

Co-Creating with GOD brings together several streams that are rarely integrated well.

It brings together biblical patterns of wisdom and stewardship, decades of innovation research from Greg Moyer, real-world marketplace and entrepreneurial experience from Brett Rademacher, the 7i Innovation Framework, the Spirit-Led Co-Creation Pathway and practical tools for applying ideas in business, ministry, leadership, creative work, and everyday problem-solving.

This is not simply a motivational course.

And it is not a business training with Bible verses added to make it sound spiritual.

It is a practical, biblically grounded, research-informed training experience designed to help believers discern, develop, and deploy God-given ideas.

It respects disciplined thinking, research, creativity, and process.

But it also recognizes that for the believer, all of those things must remain submitted to God’s leadership.

The training is built around a simple conviction:

"God still gives wisdom, insight, creativity, strategy, and direction. And His people need to become more intentional about stewarding what He entrusts to them."

Who This Training Is For

This training was created for people who sense that God has entrusted them with responsibility, ideas, influence, problems to solve, or people to serve.

It may be especially helpful for:

  • Christian business leaders

  • Entrepreneurs & founders

  • Executives & organizational leaders

  • Ministry leaders

  • Coaches & educators

  • Consultants & advisors

  • Creators & innovators

  • Problem-solvers & change-makers

And believers who want to become more intentional about stewarding God-given ideas

You do not need to think of yourself as an innovator to benefit from this training.

Many people assume innovation is only for inventors, entrepreneurs, or unusually creative people.

I do not believe that is true.

Innovation often begins with recognizing a need, discerning a possibility, developing an idea, and taking faithful action.

Those are capacities that can be learned, strengthened, and practiced over time.

This training is for people who are willing to think carefully, pray honestly, ask better questions, test ideas wisely, and take practical steps of obedience.

It is for people who know there may be more in them than they have fully developed.

But it is also for people who understand that ideas have to be stewarded, not just celebrated.

This Training Is Not for You If…

This training is not for people looking for a shortcut, a formula, or a promise that every idea they have is from God.

This training is probably not for you if you are looking for a shortcut, a formula, or a promise that every idea you have is from God.

It is not designed to bypass Scripture, prayer, wise counsel, character, obedience, humility, testing, or the leading of the Holy Spirit.

It is also not for people who want inspiration without implementation.

And it is not a spiritual-sounding way to pursue personal ambition without surrender.

That distinction matters.

Co-creating with God is not about using God to bless whatever we already wanted to do.

It is about learning to recognize what He may be entrusting to us, submitting it to Him, and doing the work required to steward it faithfully.

That requires humility, patience, correction, discipline, and a willingness to test whether an idea is truly assigned or simply attractive.

This training is for people who are willing to think deeply, ask better questions, do the work, test ideas wisely, and faithfully steward what God may be placing in their hands.

If that describes you, this training may be a good place to begin.

Why We Are Making This Training Available for Free

We are making this foundational training free because we believe these principles should not be limited to people with money, status, education, professional access, or geographic advantage.

God does not distribute wisdom, ideas, creativity, calling, or responsibility according to the standards the world often uses.

Throughout Scripture, He repeatedly worked through people the world may not have expected, in places the world may not have valued, to accomplish purposes far greater than those individuals could have imagined on their own.

We believe many of the ideas, inventions, solutions, ministries, businesses, strategies, and opportunities needed in this season may come from people and places the world would least expect.

Some of the answers our families, organizations, communities, and nations need may already exist in seed form as ideas God has entrusted to ordinary people.

Too often, those ideas are overlooked, dismissed, or never fully developed.

That is why access matters.

In the conventional business world, training of this depth could easily be sold for thousands of dollars.

But we believe removing barriers is part of faithful stewardship in this season.

Our business model allows us to provide this foundational training at no cost to participants, and we have chosen to do that because we want as many people as possible to learn how to recognize, develop, and faithfully steward God-given ideas.

If this training helps people solve meaningful problems, strengthen organizations, build better businesses, renew ministries, serve communities, and respond more faithfully to God’s direction, then the fruit can extend far beyond any single participant.

That is why your enrollment is free.

"The Lord always provides me with life-changing ideas. Not that I am special. The Lord provides everyone with life-changing ideas. These ideas are quite literally a treasure from the Almighty. It is up to each of us however, to choose and dig for the treasure."

– George Washington Carver

What Happens After You Enroll

Once you enroll, you will receive immediate access to the online training library.

You can begin with the BASIC Seminar, continue into the ADVANCED Workshop, and then move into the DEEP DIVE Sessions at your own pace.

You do not need to finish everything in one sitting.

And you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Start with the first session.

Bring one real area of responsibility before the Lord.

Then begin asking what He may be showing you.

That posture matters.

The training becomes much more useful when you are not just consuming information, but applying it to something you are actually carrying.

Bring One Real Idea, Problem, or Assignment

You will get more from this training if you bring something real with you.

It may be:

  • A business problem

  • A ministry burden

  • A product idea

  • A leadership challenge

  • A creative project

  • A family concern

  • A message you need to develop

  • A process that needs to improve

  • An opportunity you do not yet understand

The framework becomes much more useful when you apply it to something connected to your actual life and responsibility.

Do not worry if it is not fully clear yet.

Many ideas begin in seed form.

Part of the process is learning how to recognize, test, develop, and refine what may not yet be fully formed.

The point is to bring something before the Lord and begin learning how to discern, develop, test, refine, and act on it faithfully.

The Framework Behind the Training

Many people assume innovation begins with creativity.

Creativity matters.

But I have come to believe innovation often begins with awareness.

Before a solution can be developed, something must first be recognized.

  • A problem must be seen.

  • A need must be understood.

  • A pattern must be noticed.

  • A burden must be taken seriously.

  • An idea must be received and tested.

  • A possibility must be discerned.

The Spirit-Led Co-Creation Pathway shows how God-given ideas can move from revelation and inspiration into faithful stewardship, development, implementation, and influence.

The 7i Innovation Framework provides a practical process for developing those ideas into meaningful solutions.

Together, these frameworks form the foundation of Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation.

There is a natural side to this framework because God designed the human brain with the capacity to ask, observe, reflect, imagine, interpret, test, build, and implement.

But for the believer, there is also a Spirit-led dimension.

We are not merely trying to generate ideas.

We are learning to discern and steward what God may be entrusting to us.

The framework brings discipline to the process.

It does not replace dependence on God.

A Proven, Repeatable Process for Spirit-Led Innovation

The 7i Framework helps you develop ideas through a practical, repeatable process.

1i - ILLUMINATE

Recognize the problem, need, burden, opportunity, or idea that requires attention.

2i - INVESTIGATE

Explore root causes, hidden dynamics, facts, patterns, and the real nature of the challenge.

3i - INCUBATE

Create space for prayer, reflection, thinking, pattern recognition, and deeper understanding.

4i - IMAGINE

Begin seeing creative possibilities and potential solutions before they become tangible.

5i - INTERPRET

Turn ideas into language, models, prototypes, experiments, and practical next steps.

6i - INTERACT

Test, refine, discuss, improve, and develop the idea through meaningful engagement with others.

7i - IGNITE

Implement the idea through faithful action, wise leverage, and continued stewardship.

The goal is not inspiration alone.

Inspiration matters.

But inspiration that never becomes action rarely serves anyone.

The deeper goal is faithful implementation.

Meet the Founders

Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation was created through the convergence of two very different journeys.

Greg Moyer spent decades studying creativity, invention, innovation, entrepreneurship, neuroscience, problem-solving, and breakthrough thinking.

Through years of research and practical application, he identified a repeatable pattern behind meaningful innovation and organized it into what became the 7i Innovation Framework.

My journey was different.

Years before I had language for this framework, God had walked me through many of the same principles in business.

I was not trying to create an innovation model.

I was trying to follow the breadcrumbs God placed in front of me.

That process helped me pioneer Internet-based remote sales in the early 2000s and become one of the top performers globally within my niche.

At the time, I did not know there was a framework behind what was happening.

I simply knew God was teaching me how to ask different questions, recognize opportunities others overlooked, and develop ideas that produced real results.

When Greg first explained the framework to me, I immediately recognized something familiar.

What God had taught me through experience, Greg had spent decades studying, validating, refining, and organizing into a proven, repeatable process that could be taught to others.

That realization became one of the catalysts behind this training.

Greg had discovered these patterns through innovation history, research, and practical business application.

I had experienced many of them through prayer, obedience, business, failure, testing, and God’s direction over many years.

Together, we began to see that Spirit-led wisdom and disciplined innovation could be brought together in a way that helps believers become more intentional stewards of God-given ideas.

That is why this training was built.

About Greg Moyer

Greg Moyer is an inventor, entrepreneur, innovation researcher, author, and advisor.

He has spent decades studying and applying the principles behind creativity, invention, innovation, entrepreneurship, and breakthrough thinking.

While working in Silicon Valley, Greg became fascinated by a fundamental question:

"Why do some individuals and organizations consistently generate breakthrough ideas while others struggle to innovate?"

That question led him on a multi-decade journey studying many of history’s most influential creators, inventors, innovators, entrepreneurs, scientists, and problem-solvers.

Through his research and practical application, Greg identified a repeatable pattern behind creative problem-solving and breakthrough innovation.

Those discoveries eventually became the foundation of the 7i Innovation Framework.

Applying these principles throughout his career, Greg developed multiple inventions and innovations spanning marketing, events, audience engagement, presentation technology, and customer experience.

Operating in the highly competitive Silicon Valley marketplace, Greg worked with organizations including Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Microsoft, Siemens, and Infosys, helping create customer engagement programs that generated more than $6 billion in trackable revenue.

After decades of studying innovation, Greg began noticing that many of the same patterns he observed in breakthrough thinkers throughout history also appeared throughout Scripture.

What began as a study of creativity, invention, and innovation gradually expanded into a deeper exploration of wisdom, stewardship, discernment, and the ways God works through people to bring ideas, solutions, opportunities, and transformation into the world.

Greg did not set out to create a religious version of an innovation model.

He discovered a pattern.

Then he began to see that the pattern was much bigger than business.

About Brett Rademacher

I bring decades of entrepreneurial experience and a deep conviction that many believers are carrying ideas, wisdom, insights, opportunities, and assignments...

that they have not yet fully recognized or developed.

My own journey has not been neat or linear.

Much of it has felt like following breadcrumbs.

A thought. A conversation. A problem. A door. A prompting.

A step I knew I needed to take before I understood where it would lead.

When Greg first shared the 7i Framework with me, what captured my attention was not simply the structure.

It was the realization that God had already walked me through those same principles years earlier.

I had lived parts of the framework before I knew it was a framework.

That mattered to me because I knew these principles were not just theory.

I had watched God use questions, pressure, problems, ideas, relationships, technology, timing, and obedience to teach me how to see things differently and act on ideas others often did not recognize.

I also knew the process was not magic.

It required work, testing, listening, correction, humility, and obedience.

That is one of the reasons I believe so strongly in this training.

Not because it tells people what to think.

But because it helps people learn how to think more creatively, more intentionally, and more faithfully under God’s leadership.

The framework does not replace dependence upon God.

It helps people turn God-given inspiration into faithful action.

Brett Rademacher

Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation

A Shared Conviction

Greg and I share a common conviction.

God continues to entrust people with wisdom, ideas, insight, creativity, strategy, and direction.

Those ideas should not be treated casually.

They carry responsibility.

They should be recognized, tested, developed, stewarded, and acted upon faithfully.

Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation was created to help people do that with greater clarity, humility, discipline, and faith.

We are not trying to give people a formula.

We are trying to help people become more intentional stewards of what God may already be placing in their hands.

A Different Way to Think About Innovation

Most innovation models focus primarily on human effort, human creativity, human intelligence, and human strategy.

Those things matter.

We should not dismiss disciplined thinking, research, skill, creativity, or practical process.

God gave us minds, abilities, experience, and the capacity to learn.

Those gifts should be developed and stewarded well.

But if we stop there, we miss something foundational.

God is the ultimate Creator.

Scripture repeatedly reveals a God who gives wisdom, insight, creativity, instruction, craftsmanship, strategy, revelation, and direction.

He works through people.

But the source is still Him.

Co-Creating with GOD explores how divine inspiration and human stewardship can work together through faith, wisdom, creativity, innovation, and faithful action.

That is not a slogan.

It is a biblical pattern.

Consider These Questions

What if one of the solutions you are praying for begins with an idea God wants you to steward?

What if God has already placed seeds of wisdom, creativity, and innovation within you for the work He has entrusted to you?

What if your next step begins not with trying harder, but with learning to recognize what He may already be revealing?

What if the problem you keep noticing is connected to an assignment you are called to help solve?

What if the idea you keep dismissing is still in seed form and needs to be developed?

These questions helped inspire Co-Creating with GOD: Spirit-Led Innovation.

They may also help shape the way you think about your own life, work, business, ministry, family, and calling.

"For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to His good purpose." – Philippians 2:13

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Co-Creating with GOD" mean?

Co-Creating with GOD means learning to faithfully steward the ideas, insights, wisdom, creativity, opportunities, and assignments God entrusts to us.

It does not mean we are equal with God as Creator.

God alone is Creator in the ultimate sense.

We serve Him, depend on Him, seek His wisdom, and respond to His direction.

Throughout Scripture, God worked through ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary purposes.

This training explores how that same pattern applies today through Spirit-Led Innovation, faithful stewardship, discernment, and action.

Is this training really free?

Yes. Your enrollment has been fully covered, and the complete foundational training is available at no cost.

We made this training free because we believe these principles should be accessible to Christian leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, creators, problem-solvers, and believers regardless of economic circumstances.

How long is the training?

The complete experience includes the BASIC Seminar, ADVANCED Workshop, DEEP DIVE Sessions, and AI-era presentations with more than 17 hours of content.

Because the training is delivered on demand, you can learn at your own pace and revisit sessions whenever needed.

Who is this training for?

This training is for Christian leaders, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, educators, coaches, consultants, creators, innovators, advisors, and believers who want to recognize, develop, and faithfully apply God-given ideas more effectively.

The framework can be applied in business, ministry, leadership, problem-solving, creative work, personal growth, and many other areas of responsibility.

Is this training biblically grounded?

Yes. The framework is rooted in biblical principles of stewardship, wisdom, discernment, creativity, obedience, faithful action, and God’s ongoing work through His people.

It also draws from decades of innovation research and practical application.

But Scripture remains the governing foundation.

Does this training replace prayer, Scripture, or hearing God’s voice?

No. This training does not replace prayer, Scripture, the Holy Spirit, wise counsel, character, obedience, or spiritual discernment.

The framework is a tool for stewardship.

It helps bring practical structure to the process of developing ideas, but it must remain submitted to God’s leadership and biblical truth.

Can I watch at my own pace?

Yes. The training is delivered through an on-demand online platform, allowing you to access the content whenever it fits your schedule.

You can progress at your own pace and revisit sessions as often as needed.

What if I don't consider myself an innovator?

That is okay. Many people assume innovation is reserved for inventors, entrepreneurs, or unusually creative people.

I do not believe that is true.

Innovation often begins with recognizing a need, discerning a possibility, developing an idea, and taking faithful action.

Those are capacities that can be learned and strengthened over time.

How does AI fit into this training?

AI is a powerful tool.

But it can also tempt people to outsource the very things they most need to develop: discernment, wisdom, original thinking, creativity, judgment, and the ability to ask better questions.

The AI-related training helps you think more clearly about how to remain creative, discerning, and valuable in a world where more people are depending on AI to think for them.

The goal is not to reject technology.

The goal is to use tools wisely without allowing them to replace the deeper work God has called us to do.

The Biblical Pattern

Throughout Scripture, God repeatedly provided wisdom, insight, strategy, instruction, direction, creativity, and revelation to people who were willing to listen and act.

The people, circumstances, and assignments were different.

But the pattern was remarkably consistent.

God Reveals

Wisdom. Direction. Strategy. Creativity. Burden. Insight. Instruction.

People Respond

Faith. Obedience. Courage. Discernment. Discipline. Action.

Others Are Served
Families. Communities. Organizations. Ministries. Nations. Generations.

  • Noah received instructions that preserved humanity through a coming flood.

  • Joseph received insight that preserved nations during a time of crisis.

  • Bezalel received wisdom, creativity, and craftsmanship to build what God had shown Moses.

  • Joshua received a strategy for conquering Jericho that defied conventional military thinking.

  • Daniel received understanding that shaped decisions at the highest levels of government.

  • Esther discerned her moment of influence and acted with courage to preserve her people.

  • Nehemiah received a burden, vision, and strategy that rebuilt a city and restored a people.

Again and again, God revealed wisdom, direction, strategy, creativity, or insight.

People had to respond with faith, obedience, and action.

Wisdom was applied.

Others were served.

God was glorified.

And the Pattern Still Continues Today

Ideas still solve problems.

Ideas still open doors.

Ideas still strengthen organizations, renew ministries, serve people, and help families, communities, businesses, and nations move toward better outcomes.

When those ideas come from God and are stewarded faithfully, they can become part of His work in the world.

  • One God-given idea can launch a business.

  • Rescue a struggling organization.

  • Restore hope to a family.

  • Renew a ministry’s vision.

  • Solve a difficult problem.

  • Inspire change in a community.

  • Influence a culture.

  • Or alter the course of someone’s life.

The point is not that every idea is large or visible.

The point is that ideas entrusted by God should never be treated casually.

They should be recognized, tested, developed, stewarded, and acted upon faithfully.

That is the pattern this training is designed to help people understand and practice.

What If God Is Already Revealing the Answer?

The question is not whether God is still able to reveal wisdom, ideas, insight, creativity, and direction.

The question is whether we are prepared to recognize, develop, and faithfully act on what He entrusts to us.

Perhaps one of the answers you are praying for begins with an idea that has not yet been fully recognized.

Perhaps the next step is not to wait passively.

Perhaps the next step is to learn how to discern and steward what God may already be placing before you.

If that resonates with you, I invite you to begin the training today.
